Here’s a deep rooted sound to Teebs’ music that connects with our everyday surroundings. It spotlights emotional corners and builds warmth over the listener. Initially, I was drawn into Teebs’ world when I discovered his artwork. Rich in color, complex, yet leaving enough breathing room for its subjects to shine. I guess the same can be said for his production.
Teebs stays busy showcasing both side of his artistry. He’s recently coming off a very successful art show with Charles Munka in Kanazawa, Japan and putting the finishing touches on two others (info below). Music wise, he’s nearly completed his debut LP for Brainfeeder and will be releasing a collaboritive record with UK producer, Jackhigh later this month on Svetlana Industries.
There’s no slowing down for one of our next great talents and we’re very greatful he could take some time out to record this exclusive mix for BTS Radio.
